Together with Tove Bruvik Westberg (Norwegian Embassador in Lisbon), in United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) 2022, 27 June to 1 July 2022, Lisbon, Portugal.
The EEA Grants Programme, financed by Norway, allowed the equipment of ENIDH - Portuguese Maritime College, with new maritime simulators (3,5 million Euros investment).
